CROW, JULIUS H. Dallas Man Killed in Auto Accident Dallas, Jan 2 -- Julius H. Crow, 2?, was killed almost instantly here late night when the automobile in which he was riding struck a street repair tool cart and crashed into a telephone pole. He was thrown from the car. S. T. Holland, 21, Henderson, his companion, was badly bruised and cut by flying glass. (Victoria Advocate, Jan. 2, 1929 Contributor: Sherry (47010546) ∼ Funeral services for Julius H. Crow, 23, who was killed in an automobile accident Monday night, will be held at his home, 909 South Marlborough Avenue, at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Dr. Wallace Bassett, pastor of the Cliff Temple Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the new Oak Cliff Cemetery. Mr. Crow, a collector for the Simms Oil Company, was killed instantly when the small coupe in which he was riding struck a telephone pole at Young and Lamar Streets. He was thrown against the windshield in the accident. Surviving are his wife, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Crow; five brothers, David, Ed, Norman, Ray, and Gene Crow; four sisters, Mrs. Daisy Jay and Misses Emma, Mae, and Alma Crow, all of Dallas.
