Bio

Florence Elizabeth Sutton was born to Albert John and Margaret Coletta Freund-Sutton Dec. 9th, 1929. The fourth, and youngest child of Albert and Margaret. The family lived on West 52nd Street, west side of Cleveland. Florence married Harold M Polk Sept. 4th, 1948. They resided primarily in Parma. They had two daughters. Harold died on April 3 1966 while the couple were dancing. Harold's Memorial ID number is 124014919. Florence next married Jim Peters - the marriage ended in divorce/annulment. August 8th 1987 she married Jim Zangari (memorial id # 113638255) They lived in Avon (Avon Lake) Ohio, and were 'snowbirds' to Fort Myers Florida. Florence loved to dance, and was good at it. With the encouragement of her daughter, Florence took up painting. She was a very good painter, producing some beautiful works, in the "Thomas Kincaid" style. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Robert Harry, William Albert , and sister Marie Sutton-Herip-Haynes, and her grandson Adam J Vargus. She is interned in the Mausoleum at Saint Joseph's. If you walk into the Mausoleum, turn around and face the door, their final resting place is located above and to the right of the doorway.
