Rachel S. Taylor, 52, of 30793 U.S. Route 150 died at 7:37 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, 1997, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born July 4, 1944, in Peoria to Louis L. and Mildred E. Fritsch Bisco, she married Donald W. Taylor on Dec. 12, 1980, in Morton. He survives. Also surviving are one son, Travis Leary of Peoria; one stepson, Donald W. Taylor Jr. of Galesburg; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Michael (Susan) O'Rourke of Normal, Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Taylor of Loveland, Colo., and Mrs. Tony (Julie) Monetta of Holland, Mich.; one brother, Ray Bisco of Preston, Minn.; three sisters, Ruth Grant of Boise, Idaho, Rosalie Wilhelm of Wildwood, Mo., and Roberta Bonk of Fulton, Ky.; and eight grandchildren. One daughter and one brother preceded her in death. She was the office manager for Allstaff Inc. and formerly worked for J&L License and Title Co., both in Morton. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home in Morton. The Rev. Patrick Flaherty will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Morton. Memorials may be made to the Lions of Illinois Foundation, 4415 W. Harrison St., Suite 200, Hillside, Ill. 60162-1904.
