Sharon Kay Freeman age 83 of Seneca, NE passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the Jennie M Melham Memorial Medical Center in Broken Bow, NE. Inurnment will be in the Madison Square Cemetery in Taylor, NE. Sharon Kay Freeman was born April 28, 1938, in Sargent, NE to Harold & Wave (Harris) Garska. Sharon attended and graduated from Loup County High School. After high school Sharon went on and received her Teachers Certificate. Sharon taught school for over 35 years, and then substitute taught. On August 21, 1986, she was united in marriage to Marvin Freeman, the couple made their home in the Sandhills of Nebraska. Sharon is survived by daughter Tess (Roger) Sinner of Sargent, sons; Marvin Freeman of Lockwood, MO, and Greg (Mellissa) Freeman of Dunning, nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Marvin, son Mick Welton, stepson William "Billy" Freeman, and her parents Harold and Wave Garska.
