Frances A. Davis Williams, 93, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, July 10, 2021. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, J.D. Williams and Kathleen of DeRidder, LA, George Williams and LaDonna of Evans, LA; daughters, Dianne Carver of DeRidder, LA, Linda Arron and Butch of Bossier, LA, Barbara West and Rodney of DeRidder, LA; fifteen grandchildren, fifty-one great grandchildren; seventeen great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin D. Williams; parents, John and Pearlie Davis; brothers, Rayford Davis, Richard Davis; sister, Melvyrie Thomas. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 15, 2021 also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Brother Ed Tilley will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Corey Williams, Jeffrey Williams, Dewayne Williams, Wayne Richmond, Stephen Richmond, Matthew Williams and Braden Williams. Burial will follow at Cooper Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
