Bio
Daughter of Georg & Katharina (Kienzl) Linner. She was educated at Rosenheim. After the death of her father, she moved to Munich, Germany, with her mother and stepfather. She attended business school for two years before being drafted in the German Airforce as a switchboard operator at General Commando until 1945. She was later employed as a bookkeeper at the headquarters occupied by U.S. officers. In 1948, she met WWII Veteran Francis Miodowski who was stationed at Munich's Constabulary 2nd Brigade during the Korean War. They were married on Dec. 20, 1952, at St. Johannes Church.
