The following was obtained from Mack's death certificate: Mack Blair was born to Charles Blair (b. Georgia) and Meeky Reeves (b. Georgia). Mack lived in Kingman, Arizona. He was a widow at the time of his death. His usual occupation was being a rancher. Mack passed away in the Mohave General Hospital, Kingman, Mohave Co., Arizona at the age of 86. Cause of death is listed as Broncho Pneumonia. Mack was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman, Mohave Co., Arizona on January 23, 1953.
