Bio
Olga Janosek Patak, 84, of Dallas, passed away on May 22, 2021. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at St. Pius Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery. On July 12, 1936, she was born in Ennis, Texas, to the late Frank W. and Antonie Trojacek. Olga was a kind-hearted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She loved baking and decorating cakes for family and friend's special occasions. She was also known for her delicious kolaches. Olga enjoyed a variety of activities such as bowling, dominoes, pinochle, fishing, crocheting, and most of all playing Yahtzee! Olga was preceded in death by her first husband, Vincent (Jimmy) Janosek; sisters, Wilma Jelinek and Ruby Janicek; and brother, Frank G. Trojacek. Survivors include her loving husband, Leo Patak; daughters, Carol Beisert and her husband, Rick, and Barbara Ozymy and her husband, John; stepsons, Michael Patak and his wife, Kay, and Brian Patak; grandchildren: Alan Beisert, Jan Beisert Turkington, Randy Beisert, Jenilee Bell, Jordan Patak, Keller Patak; and six great-grandchildren.
