April 25, 1942 - May 24, 2021 Billy Kellum, Sr. Billy Frank Kellum, Sr., 79, of Kountze, died Monday, May 24, 2021. He was born on April 25, 1942, in Jasper, to Katie Vandver Kellum and Marshall Bolton Kellum. Survivors include his children, Theressa Jones and her husband, Kenneth, of Jasper; Melissa Jones and her husband, Wayne Schram, of Kountze; Latricia Chambers and her husband, Reverend James Chambers, of Jasper; Tami Eddins and her husband, Allen, and Billy Frank Kellum, Jr., all of Silsbee; Misti Woodson and her husband, Woody, of Lumberton; and Clint Kellum and his wife, Jennifer, of Kountze; twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; and siblings, Tommy Kellum and his wife, Linda, of Silsbee; Jerry Kellum and his wife, Marian, of Kountze; and Charles Kellum and his wife, Elaine, and Sharon Overstreet, all of Honey Island. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Evelyn Kellum. Mr. Kellum's memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 28, 2021, at Broussard's, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His committal was held at Broussard's Crematorium.
