From Schaetter Funeral Home: Jonny Kirk Ohlenburg of Fredericksburg passed away on Tuesday May 18th at the age of 81 years. Jonny was born November 24, 1939 in San Angelo, TX to Albert and Victoria Jones Ohlenburg. Jonny married Diane Cato on April 22, 1966 in Ft. Worth, TX Jonny is survived by two daughters and their spouses: Jan and Joe McBride of Mckinney; Kristi and Tommy Sebera of Cypress; Five Grandchildren and spouses: Blaine and Shaun McBride, Baily and Alex Boone, Brady McBride; Katlyn and Andrew Brenneise, Madison and Logan Buckner; Three Great Grandchildren: Camryn McBride, Cade McBride, and Charlotte Brenneise; Brother and spouse: Eddy and Susan Ohlenburg Jonny was preceded in death by his wife and parents. Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 21st at 10:30 a.m. in the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church with Rev. George Lumpkin officiating. His body will lie in state in Church on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to Service time. Graveside Services and Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, or to the West Texas Boys Ranch. Visitation for Jonny Ohlenburg will be held on Thursday May 20th from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Schaetter Funeral Home. Facial covering is necessary and no more then 50 people in the Funeral Home at one time.
