THE PARIS NEWS Mon., Sep. 19, 1994, p.6A. 'Cooper - William Bryan Fulfer, 72, of Grand Prairie, died Sunday, Sep. 18, 1994, at DFW Medical Center, Grand Prairie. Graveside services were scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday, Sep. 19, at Restland Cemetery in Roxton with Miles Wesner officiating. Delta Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Mr. Fulfer was born Aug. 24, 1922, in Childress, a son of James C. and Betty Ragsdale Fulfer. He was a mechanic and truck driver. Surviving are his wife, Margie Qualls Fulfer; two sons, Bryan Sorens of Beaumont and Gil Sorens of Omaha, NE; a stepson, Cecil Brannon of Grand Prairie; a daughter, Pam Brannon of Grand Prairie; two brothers, John Fulfer of Mesquite and James C. Fulfer Jr. of Garland; and three sisters, Nancy Richardson of Pecan Gap, Margaruite Jordan of Arlington and Patsy Stevens of Tom, OK.' Cemetery: Restland XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Bill got a medical discharge during WWII. He was sick the entire time he was in and had surgery after he came home. He farmed for awhile and finally went to Dallas in 1949. He first started working for Kenneth Massey then eventually for Sunshine Biscuit Co. Western Hatcheries and later oil companies.
