Services for Mr. Kenneth Wayne Striplin will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in the chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Turkey Creek Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation one hour prior to the service. Mr. Striplin was born March 10, 1938 and passed away May 14, 2021 ∼ Kenneth Wayne Striplin March 10, 1938 - May 14, 2021 Kenneth Wayne Striplin, 83, passed away May 14, 2021 at his home in Hughes Springs Texas. He is survived by daughter Carolyn Shook and son in law, Mark of Avinger, TX, daughter Amy Brown and son in law, Jeremy of Troy, Michigan; grandson Nicholas Earhart, his son Andrew and daughter Cora of Linden, TX, granddaughter Jessica Howard, her husband Grant Howard, their son Cullen and daughter Everly of McKinney TX, grandson Clay Shook, his wife Melanie, and their sons Bill and Elliott of Angie, Louisiana, grandson Cole Shook, his wife Cassie and their son Benton and daughter Lilly of McKinney, TX, grandson Cody Shook, his wife Lisa and their son Ethan and daughter Ella of Poplarville, Mississippi and many beloved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Virgina Striplin, his parents, Jack and Cora Striplin; his son, Stuart Wayne Striplin, and his brother, Roger Striplin. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in the chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
