Survived by daughters Christi Michelle Ruplenas, Rebecca Ann Brown and Jessica Elaine Brown, mother Charlotte Jean Coker (Mathis), brothers David James Slovak, Michael Shane Hughes and Kenneth Charles Jon-Thomas, many nieces and nephews. At the time of this entry 2021; four grand daughters and one great grandson. Proceeded by sister Lisa Ann Slovak (1971) and father William (Bill)James Slovak (2008).
