Earnest Drake, 88, passed away June 2, 2019. Service: 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 6, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home, Glen Rose, Interment: Squaw Creek Cemetery, Visitation: 6:00 PM -8:00 PM, Wednesday, Wiley Funeral Home, Glen Rose. Earnest was born on May 1, 1931 to Robert and Loneta Drake. He married Jaqueline "Jackie" Fisk on September 1949. He was a member of Brazos Point Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to play dominoes. He was the owner and operator of Drake Fence Company in Glen Rose. Earnest was preceded in death by his wife: Jackie Drake and his son: Danny Drake. Earnest is survived by his children: Jerry Drake and wife Margarita, and Pam Burkhart, grandchildren; Greg May, Josh May, Alissa Ford, Stuart Burkhart, Israel Bello, Raymond Reza, Indira Arvizo, Jaye Schmitz, Shawna Westbrook, and Shayre Strickland, great-grandchildren: Grace May, Braden May, Mary Alice May, Geneva May, Avery Ford, Emery Ford, Preston Burkhart, Alex Bello, Ilana Bello, Raymond Reza, Aleigh Reza, Alexa Reza, Alina Reza, Isabell Diaz, Damien Diaz, Ivana Arvzo, Hannah Schmitz, Katie Schmitz, C. J. McClure, Drake Westbrook, Jackson Westbrook, Mason Westbrook, Taylor Westbrook, Nathan Strickland, and Neileigh Strickland.
