Graveside Service: 10 am Friday in Central Cemetery in Weatherford. Visitation: 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Galbreaith-Pickard. Survivors: A host of loving family and friends. Mary Juanita Cupit, 91, of Hurst, formally of Weatherford, passed away Monday, February 1, 2016 in Denton. Juanita was born April 25, 1924 in Saint Joe, Missouri to Andrew and Mary Pentecost Verbick. She was a devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church and a dedicated homemaker. Juanita was the matriarch of her family, thought of as a Proverbs 31 virtuous woman to her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John Loyd Cupit; her son Johnny Cupit and a sister, Laura Bowling. Juanita is survived by many loving family members consisting of grandchildren, great grandchildren, a sister, nephews and a host of dear friends. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 5, 2016 at Central Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 PM, Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
