Bio
Kenneth McBryar, 90 of Lookout Valley, departed for his eternal reward on Tuesday, April 13th, 2021. Kenneth was completely devoted to his wife of 71 years. Around those he didn't know, he was quiet and shy, but among his friends and family he easily shared his love and laughter. He had a kind, soft heart that was an unusual trait in men of his generation. Everyone was "Bud" or "Hon" to him. Kenneth grew up and worked his whole life in his father's logging and lumber business, McBryar Lumber Company, where he held to a high standard of honest trade and hard work. He was a long time member of Lookout Valley Baptist Church, he loved God and always humbly strove to emulate the teachings of Christ. Kenneth was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Byron Hulgan. Survivors include his wife, Betty McBryar; daughter, Sheryl Hulgan; grandchildren: Ashley Brent (Amy) Hulgan and Kristin Rebecca Hulgan; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held for family on April 20th, 2021 at 2:30pm in the Lakewood Memory gardens South, Rossville, GA with Joe Galloway officiating.
