Bio

9/14/1944-Tuttle Times: Mrs J.M. Brown, Tuttle, passed away Monday evening 9/11/1944 at her home after a long illness. She was 86. She leaves her children; Mrs Jerry Brooks, Bert Brown, Tuttle, Mrs Bessie Smith, Newcastle, Charlie Brown, Noble, & Lon Brown, Mobile, AL. Her husband preceeded her in death 20 years ago. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Christian church in Tuttle with Bro H.C. Dawson. Pallbearers were: Stevie Chenoweth, Joe Hartin, Russell Hambleton, Lloyd Prock, Bill Callahan, & J.D. Gibson. Burial at Tuttle cem with Sowers in charge.
