Dimondale Age 88, died May 6, 1990. Mrs. Bartek was born March 29, 1902 in David City, NB. She was a former resident of Lincoln, NB and Grand Rapids. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, the Rose Club, and The Over 60 Club of Lincoln. She was formerly employed as a model and saleslady at Ben Simon and Sons Clothing Store, Lincoln, NB. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luke V. (1986). Surviving are 1 son, Dr. Gordon L. and wife, Ruth Bartek of Grand Rapids 3 grandchildren, John, David and James; 4 great grandchildren; 1 nephew, Myron Lanspa, D.D.S. of David City, NB. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 955 Alton Road, East Lansing, with The Rev. Michael D. Murphy, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, Lincoln, NB. There will be no visitation. Friends desiring may make contributions to St. Lawrence Dimonsdale Center, 4000 M-99, Dimondale, MI 48821 in memory of Mrs. Bartek. The family is served by Gorsline-Runciman East Chapel, East Lansing.
