Bio

Bill farmed in the Crete, North Dakota area. He and his brother, Frank, were farming partners known as Vculek Brothers. Bill married Gyda Johnson on Feb. 15, 1930. They became the parents of two children; Georgiann Mae, b. 1932 and Bernard Lee, b. 1934. After Bill's death in 1946, Gyda continued to farm with hired help. When her son, Bernard, was old enough, they formed a partnership to farm their five quarters.
