Octavia Quinn married Joseph G. Dunnaway on 21 December 1865 in Wilkes County, Georgia. He preceded her in death. Three children were born into this union. By the 1900 Hunt County, Texas census, Octavia was widowed, the mother of three children, one is living, who is Walter Scott Dunaway with whom she is living. Mrs. Octavia Dunnaway married John R. Bell on 10 January 1905 in Hunt County, Texas.
