He was born February 16, 1920 in Bee Branch to the late Thomas Ira Roberts and Amelia Bell Clenendin Roberts. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Teresa Stevenson. He was a member of the Church of Christ, Survivors are his son, Tommy Wayne Roberts of Bee Branch; half sister, Hazel Payne of Damascus; 1 granddaughter, Becky Graham; 5 great-grandchildren, Arron Stevenson, Jonathan Stevenson, Samantha Stevenson, Michael Langford, Michael Langford, Dustin Stevenson; 1 great great grandchild, Ethan Stevenson. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Thursday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Greenbrier (501) 679-2575 with Fred Shoemaker officiating. Burial will follow in Old Whipple Cemetery, Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Jonathan Stevenson, Michael Lankford, Arron Stevenson, Dustin Stevenson, Carl Chapman, Doye Wharton, and Garrett Johnson.
