Born in house #10, Rapstyn (now Borova), Czech Republic, the son of Jakub Stehlik and his wife Josefa. ''''''''''''''''''''' Seward Independent, April 7, 1948, p. 5, col. 2 Anton Stehlik, 82, a long time resident of Seward county, died in Lincoln Sunday, and the remains were brought to Seward for burial in the Seward (north) cemetery Tuesday. Brief services were conducted by Rev. M. L. Seybold at the grave. The deceased formerly lived north of Garland, in A precinct. He had no relatives.
