Tillie L. Smith, age 76, of Goodland passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Topside Manor. Tillie was born March 25, 1944 to Homer Franklin and Gloria (Pixler) Kibel in Goodland. She grew up and attended school in Dove Creek, Colorado. On October 15, 1961 she married F. Dean Smith. Tillie was a custodian and cook at USD 352 for many years. She was a member of Genesis. Tillie enjoyed painting statues, crafting and dearly loved spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; husband, Dean; brother, Ronald Kibel; and sister, Lillian Mather.
