Bio
Columbine Marie Darling was born on February 4, 1957 and died in her home in Austin, Tx on December 10, 2017. She was a long time resident of Austin, Tx but had also lived in Casper Wyoming with her mom, dad and brother. At the time of her death, she had been a long time employee of the Internal Revenue Service and had just received 25 years of service. She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore "Ted" William Darling Sr.; and her mother, Lena Darling. Columbine is survived by her brother Theodore WIlliam "Bill" Darling of Michigan; her niece, Cassi Niemitalo and her 3 children of Wyoming; and also her nephew, Michael Darling and his 4 children of Oregon. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins in Wyoming, S. Dakota, Texas and Louisiana as well as her wonderful fur family of 2 dogs and 8 cats who are now in the care of the Austin Animal Center where they are available for adoption if anyone would like to give them a good home. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that a donation be made to your favorite local Animal Shelter or to the Austin Animal Center in Columbine's name. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress.
