Wife of SSGT Benjamin Wolk Sangalli US Air Force Marcelle Therese Sangalli was born in Lafayette, Louisiana to Joseph and Una LeBlanc on October 19th, 1930. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. In 1941, the LeBlanc family moved from Louisiana to San Antonio, Texas. Here, she eventually met and married Benjamin Sangalli. Together they began to build their family while the Air Force took them across the United States from Texas, to Washington D.C., to Nebraska and finally settling back in San Antonio, Texas. Her deep passion for her family and faith was undeniable. She kept a beautiful home, supported and cared for her husband and children, told unforgettable stories and sang silly songs to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved unconditionally, had a sweet tooth like no other, her bright red kisses were inescapable and she was a dedicated prayer warrior. Her life story is a legacy worthy of print to read for ages to come. Mrs. Sangalli is survived by her children, sister, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Sangalli, son Joseph Charles Sangalli, and her sister June Riedel.
