Bio

Alney was the son of William Richard and Elizabeth Rebecca (Hester) Hines. He married Ethel Sonora Moore the daughter of Francis Jackson and Nancy A (Brown) Moore, 10 Jan 1904. The couple had four children, Clifton, Rebecca, Willie Myrl and Pauline Hines.
