Bio
Gracie D. Stewart passed away Monday, February 1, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Monroe Memorial Gardens. Rev. Chad Gordon will officiate. Due to COVID-19 there will not be a formal visitation. Masks and social distancing are required at the cemetery. Gracie the daughter of the late Charlie Lee Davis, Sr. and Nellie Louise Johnson was born February 20, 1939 in Forsyth, Georgia. She was a retired bookkeeper. Gracie is survived by her daughters, Michele Hardin and Wendy Bryant (David) of Forsyth; brothers, Richard Davis (Carol) of Lake Sinclair, Tommie Davis of South Carolina and Bill Davis of Decatur; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
