Juanita was born February 24, 1930, at her family home near Big Springs, Nebraska, to Henry and Matilda (Holtorf) Rochlitz. She was the only daughter, with five brothers. Juanita went to elementary school at Day Town, in Deuel County, later graduating from Big Springs High School with the class of 1948. Juanita married the neighbor boy, Irvin Kallsen, on March 12, 1950. Their union was blessed with two children, Nikki and Wade. Irvin passed away in 1993. On October 20, 2000, Juanita married George Zoucha Sr; and welcomed four more children to the family, Cindy, George, Christy, and Steve. George passed away in 2009. Juanita was a farm wife who loved gardening, sewing, crafts, painting, cooking, and baking (especially pies). She continued to paint while she was in the assisted living. Juanita also worked at South Platte Schools as a library assistant. She loved all the kids. She also worked as a relief postal clerk, cleaned houses, along with many businesses. Juanita was a wonderful mother, grandma, and great-grandma. She loved her family so much and tried to keep up with everything they were doing. We all feel blessed to have had her for all these years. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Irvin Kallsen and George Zoucha Sr.; an infant daughter; and her brothers, Roy Irvin, Norman, Harry, Robert, and Raymond Rochlitz.
