Jewell Pirtle May 26, 1963 - January 26, 2021 Jewell Rae Pirtle, of Terrell, passed away on Jan 26, 2021. Jewel was born on May 26, 1963 in Dallas and she had been a resident of Terrell since 1989. She was a familiar face in town having managed Braum's and Schlotzky's where her kindness and bright smile made everyone's day at the restaurants. On Aug 1, 2008, she married Dennis Pirtle and together they had many years of wonderful memories with family and friends. Jewell was welcomed into Heaven by her father, Roy Banks. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Pirtle; sons: Ryan Pirtle and wife, Tammye, Jeremy Howell and wife, Charlotte, Mack Brewer and wife, Ashley; daughter, Laura Brewer; daddy, H.D. Wright; grandchildren: Ashia, Jackson, Aiden, Easton, and Eli; sister, Shirley Byrd; niece, Chelsea Whittington; nephews: Austyn Byrd and James Whittington; great-niece, Jude Whittington; great-nephew, Lennon Whittington as well as other extended family and a host of friends. Graveside service will be at 2:00pm, Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021 at Morrow Chapel Cemetery in the Ola Community.
