Lewis is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Mildred Hoobler; children, Roy D Hoobler, Barry (Joanne) Hoobler, Penny (Monte) Pueppke, Brian Hoobler, Jay (Becky) Hoobler; daughter-in-law, Anne Hoobler; grandchildren, Dylan (Jackie) Pueppke, Jackson (Amanda) Pueppke, Kevin ( Jordan) Hoobler, Allison Hoobler, Amanda (Trevor) Romjue, Max Hoobler, Alex (Carolyn) Hoobler, Cody (Amanda) Hoobler, Cassie (Brock) Wilson, Zach Hoobler, Colin Hoobler; great-grandchildren, Jack, Spencer, Natalie, Nora, Vincent, Mazzy, Gunnar, Beau, Madison; other relatives and friends.
