Wendell Carroll Moore Thursday, May 14th, 1942 - Wednesday, January 6th, 2021 Graveside services for Mr. Wendell Carroll Moore, 78, Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday, January 9, 2020, at Woodside Cemetery, with Bro. Mack Swain officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Moore passed away January 6, 2021, in Tyler. He was born May 14, 1942, in Hill County, to James Ennis & Nona Mae Stanley Moore. He served in the US Army and worked for LTV. Wendell lived in Joshua before moving to the Grand Saline area, over 20 years ago. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, C.J. Moore and Bobby Moore; and two sisters, Helen Gaskey and Dorothy Langford. Survivors include his brother, Earl Moore of Cleburne; sister, Joyce Moore of Grand Saline; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 1 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home.
