NORMAN E BIBERDORF of the Opis Indian River Center in Melbourne, FL - he was the son of Erick and Edna Biberdorf. He grew up in Willow City, ND. Norman served in the Navy and was stationed at Bethesda, MD as an x-ray technician. He attended the University of Grand Forks and later worked for the IRS before building Countryside Trailer Court, a successful community for over 200 young families. He enjoyed home repair and building projects, as he completed all landscaping, street surfacing and pouring sidewalks at his trailer court. Moving to Brevard County in 1981, he joined the Ascension Lutheran Church in Indian Harbor Beach, FL where he served as a board member for the AAL & Thrivent and for several years he participated in projects for Habitat for Humanity, Daily Bread and The Salvation Army. Preceded in death by his wives, Shirley Robison Biberdorf (mother of his children) and wife, Emily Biberdorf, surviving are children, Shawn, Wendy, Todd and Lance (Adeline); wife of 24-years, Cynthia (Rouede) Biberdorf; stepson, Ken Ragan; sister, Norine Sletto; sister-in-law, Lisa Rouede and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held January 22, 2021 at Ascension Lutheran Church, Indian Harbour Beach, FL. Published in Florida Today January 4, 2021.
