Bio

The Gazette (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), November 19, 1984, p. 12A, col. 1 Florentine S. Krall, 84, formerly of 822 15th St. SE, died at the Heritage Acres Care Facility Friday after a long illness. She was born in Cedar Rapids on Jan. 1, 1900, and was a lifelong resident of the area. She married Frank Krall in Cedar Rapids on June 12, 1924. He died in 1983. Surviving are two sons, Frank W. of Mesa, Ariz., and George F. of Culver City, Calif.; five grandchildren; three sisters, Lillian Cash and Mary Ann Stastny, both of Cedar Rapids, and Bernice Lamb of Sagus, Calif.; and a brother, Fred Plotz of Cedar Rapids. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Kuba Funeral Home East by the Rev. William B. Harnish. Burial: Czech National Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m. today.
