Bio

Diane was the only child of Paul and Pearl (Dean) Dooley. She was born March 1, 1935 in Shattuck, Ellis County, Oklahoma. Her father was an Assembly of God minister and her mother was a school teacher. During her childhood she frequently moved because of her father's profession. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Delbert Boteler on September 9, 1955 in Denver Colorado. Kenneth was a college professor and a Korean War Veteran. To this union were born three children: Daniel Eugene, Karen Alice and Dwaine Kevin. She was a proud and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She worked in banking. Diane was a long time member of AA and freely shared her experience, strength and hope with others. She lived a spiritual life of quiet serenity. Diane was predeceased by her parents, her husband and her three children. PLEASE NOTE: This memorial was lovingly created and developed by Bev Winship and much gratitude goes to her.
