Bio

Mr. David Creel, of Graysville, born on Mother’s Day, May 11, 1930, went to his eternal home on Friday, December 4, 2020. David’s goal in life was to make his home in Heaven, and therefore, he gave his life to reach that goal. David graduated from Dora High School in 1948. He served in the Marine Corp and during that time he served two terms in the Korean Conflict. He retired from Redstone Arsenal in 1992. His greatest hobby was travel, and he visited several countries. He traveled to 48 states and was blessed with several motor homes to do these travels. He had several other hobbies such as nature, especially the wildlife seen daily outside his sunroom window, reading, television and music. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Manning Creel and Tezzie Mae Miller Creel; and older brothers, Charles Dalin Creel and Dorsey Paul Creel. They made the same decisions in this life. Now they can all rejoice.
