Married Bobby Charles Rutledge October 8, 1953 Lula Pearl Jenkins, 86, of Wichita Falls passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020. The family will receive friends from 9 until 10 a.m. Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. A graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Charlie Cemetery with Elder Terry Patton officiating. Lula was born on July 28, 1934 to William A Knight and Ethel (Landers) Knight in Valentine TX. She and BM Jenkins were married on April 23, 1963 in Wichita County. The couple were married 47 years until his passing in 2010. She was preceded in death by her loving husband B.M. Jenkins; as well as 2 brothers, and 5 sisters. She is survived by sons Mark Rutledge. Jamile Rutledge, his son Justin. and daughter Beth Van Houten, her spouse Jeff and 2 children Joshua and Sarah.
