Bio
Mary Ellen Watson passed away May 11, 2006, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings. She was born April 26, 1917, in Big Horn, Wyo., to Roy and Mary Brown. She was raised and attended school in Big Horn and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a teaching certificate. Mary Ellen was teaching at a small school near Moorcroft, Wyo., when she met her husband, Robert Allen Watson. They were married in 1941 at the end of the school year. Her husband died in 1977. Mary Ellen was a gentle, generous lady, very much loved by her children, grandchildren, siblings and their families. She is survived by her daughter, Judith Wubbels; a son, David; five grandchildren; great-three grandchildren; brothers, Jerome (Theresa) Brown of Sheridan, Wyo., and Richard (Virginia) Brown of Billings. A Memorial Mass was held Tuesday, May 16, at St. Bernard's Catholic Church. Private interment of the urn was at Mountview Cemetery. S
