❤ Emma Kidd ❤ ─═════════ ✿ڰۣڿ✿ Obituary ✿ڰۣڿ✿ ═════════─ Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church in Spur, Friday, April 19, for Mrs. Emma J. Kidd, who died at her home in Spur Thursday night, April 18. Mrs. Kidd was born at Lometa, Texas December 27, 1885. She was married to C.N. Kidd at Orana, TX in 1901. They have lived in Dickens County for the past 29 years. She was converted at an early age and was affiliated with the Baptist Church. Services were held at the First Baptist Church with the Rev.W.F. Markham officiating, assisted by P.L. Arnold. Surviving are Mrs. Elza Armstrong, Mrs. Ola Miller, Mrs. Doc Slaton, Joe Kidd and Mrs. M.B. Sprayberry. Other survivors are Robert Jones, Elmer Jones, Mrs. Lena Waldrop, Mrs. Willie Russell, Mrs. Mary Waldrop, Mrs. Nonna Tallent and Houston Jones.
