Shortes NICKNAME: "Meedy" Findagrave.com volunteer LaDonna Collett responded to my photo request and reported the following: The general problem they reported is: I searched the stated plot or section and could not find the grave They also reported, specifically: BURIED IN THE " IOOF SECTION " INTERNATIONAL ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS. THREE OF US WALKED THIS SECTION. THE ONLY SHORTES WE FOUND STONES FOR WERE: JOHN W. ; OSCAR ; QUENTIN & RUBY (double stone).THERE WAS ONE LARGE STONE WITH JUST THE SHORTES NAME ON IT(nothing else).
