Bio

Ernest Lee Owens was the son of Joe Owens and Maggie Bankston Owens.He married Emma McCoy. They had three sons, Joe, Merle and Clyde Lee Owens. He had two sisters and three brothers. He lived in Arlington for 17 years and moved to Hico and lived there one year. He was a retired farmer. He had 12 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
