Bio

Valerie Bowen, 88 of Seymour, passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 in Seymour. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Catholic Cemetery with Father Bose Jujuvarapu and Deacon Jim Novak officiating under the direction of Archer Funeral Home. Valerie was born March 8, 1932 in Seymour to Louis and Agness Brom Hrncirik and was a graduate of Seymour High School. She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked as a registered nurse for the Veteran’s Administration in McKinney and Big Spring. Valerie married Bobby Lynn Bowen on January 18, 1971 in Seymour. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2003. She is survived by a host of cousins. Archer Funeral Home Seymour, Texas
