Bio

William Lee Kroschwitz was born in Ninnekah, Comanche County, 20 days after Oklahoma became a state, so some records inaccurately show him being born in Indian Territory. His parents were Willie Kroschwitz and Emma Mutz. Lee legally changed his name to "William Lee K. Jones" on 08/14/1947. He worked in civil service on aircraft for the US Air Force at Tinker Air Force Base, Randolph Air Force Base, Kelly Air Force Base, and Ellington Air Force Base. He married Ruth Graham, and they had 4 children: Donald Lee Kroschwitz Jones, Robert Ronald Kroschwitz Jones, Fred Wayne Kroschwitz Jones, and Dorothy Yvonne Kroschwitz Jones Look Prejean Cronan Swinney. Lee and Ruth had 8 grandchildren: Victoria, Susan, Ronald, Nancy, Cathi, Philip, James, and Don Jr.
