Lincoln Journal Star (NE) - Thursday, March 10, 2011 Mary Alice Mickle, 82, Lincoln, formerly of Shenandoah, Iowa, died Monday (3-7-11) in Lincoln. Homemaker and mother of four children, Mary Alice was married to William W. Mickle for 50 years. She was born 8-30-28 in Ulysses, Neb. to Edward and Philomena (Kabourek) Dosek. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lincoln, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Shenandoah, a graduate of UNL where she was a varsity cheerleader, Delta Delta Delta Sorority, Shenandoah American Legion Auxiliary, Shenandoah Bridge Club, and the Southwest Iowa Theatre Group. Family members include: sons and daughters-in-law: William W. "Mick" Mickle II and Janice Mickle, Lincoln, Dr. Richard A. Mickle, Phoenix, Matthew S. and Kim Mickle, Pearland, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Michele Mickle Ernst and Rick Ernst, Lincoln; Grandchildren: Kara E.
