Bio

His father was a ranger for Col. John S. Mosby in the Civil War, and thus he was named in honor of him. There are two additional sisters of which FAG Memorials have not been located: Inez Arrington (Crenshaw) 1897-1995 Caroline Arrington(Long) 1907-1980
