Bio

Billy Mucha , 76, of Taylor passed away Thursday May 11th, 2023. Billy Gene Mucha was born on October 21st, 1946 in Taylor to Edwin and Jeannett (Kerlin) Mucha. He grew up with two younger sisters and one younger brother. Billy graduated from Taylor High School in 1965 and attended Texas A&M University before graduating from Southwest Texas State with a degree in Business Administration. He married Malinda Oehrlein August 9th 1969. To this marriage came one son Todd Mucha. Billy worked for the State of Texas in the General Land office until 1983, he then worked for Ventanna Glass until retiring in 2013. Billy is proceeded in death by his parents, his wife Malinda Mucha and Donna Miller. Billy is survived by his son Todd (Stefanie) Mucha; two grandchildren (Kennedy & Blakley Mucha); sisters, Gail Stenholm, Connie Schmoker; brother, David (Lenea) Mucha; and numerous nieces and nephews.
