Bio

Son of Nester Clay Black and Roxie Ann Macy Black. He was the husband of Ella Bennett. They were parents of Effie, Clay, Roxie, Jesse Ray, Opal, Ella, and Paul. He was a long-time Justice of the Peace in Eldorado. He came to Jackson County in 1897.
