Bio

Son of John Henry Casteel, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth McClelland. Andrew married Martha Caroline Hardin in 1840 in Wayne Co., Tennessee. They had nine children, five sons and four daughters. No official records showing Shields Cemetery as Andrew's interment location. It is however, probable as this is where Martha was received. A photo volunteer was unable to locate a headstone.
