BAUERSCHLAG, Arthur L. of San Antonio. Age 63. Died 1/4/1973 in a San Antonio hospital following a lingering illness. Services held from the Alamo Funeral Chapel in San Antonio. Burial in the Jourdanton Catholic Cemetery. Pastor Carl A. Zimmerman officiated. He was BORN 9/11/1909 at Red Wood, TX and had been a resident of San Antonio for 20 years. He was a member of Lutheran Church and Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. SURVIVORS: Wife and daughter of Brandon, FL.; a sister, 2 brothers, Elmo of Thorndale and Hilmar of Seguin; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Relatives attending funeral from Thorndale were M/M Elmo Bauerschlag, M/M. Harry Bauerschlag and M/M. Burke Bauerschlag. Harry and Burke were 2 of the pallbearers.
