QUANAH - William Raymond "Bill" Cooper, 74, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Monte Lumpkin officiating. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park. Mr. Cooper was born Sept. 17, 1932, in Lazare to Doyle Bevil and Bessie Slaton Cooper. He married Audrey Morris on April 18, 1966, in Quanah. Survivors include two sisters, Frieda Owens of Terrell and Glenda Holley of Montrose, Colo.
