Bateman Funeral Home (Partial) Joycelynn Ann Kent, age 88 years, died January 10, 2017, Keizer, Oregon. Born in Nebraska, the daughter of Rudolph and Alice Seda. Survived by three children, their mates and a foster daughter; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by two brothers and their families. Graveside services at Waldport's Alder Grove Cemetery.
